摘要(Abstract):
目的 :测定阿归养血颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法 :用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定阿魏酸的含量。色谱分析采用DiamonsilTM(砖石 )C18色谱分析柱 ,柱温 30℃ ;甲醇 醋酸 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为 313nm ,流速 1 0ml/min ,实验数据用Gilson 715液相色谱工作站处理 ,以峰面积外标法定量。结果 :5种质控样品的平均回收率为 10 0 4 4 % (V/V) ,日内和日间差RSD为 2 0 8%。结论 :本法精度度好 ,方法简便、快速 ,重视性好 ,可以较好地控制阿魏酸的含量标准
Objective: To determine the content of ferulic acid in Aguiyangxue granules. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the ferulic acid content, and the chromatographic separation was performed on a Diamonsil TmC 18 column. The column temperature was 30℃ with methanol-1.0% NH 4AC (50∶50) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 313 nm, and the flow rate 1 ml·min -1. The test data were treated with Gilson 715 chro-matographic workstation. Peak area calculated represented the amount. Results: The average recovery was 100.44% for the 5 batches of samples. Conclusions: The method is accurate, simple and sensitive. This method has good recovery rate and reliability. It could be used for controlling the content standard of ferulic acid.
