摘要(Abstract)：

氨茶碱与利福平在家兔体内按不同时间用药后，利福平的酶诱导作用可促进氨茶碱的代谢消除，致使氨茶碱的体内药物动力学参数发生显著变化，严重影响药物的生物效应。因此两药合并使用时，应对患者严密监测氢茶碱的血药浓度，以防止血药浓度变化而影响疗效及发生不良反应
After aminophy and rifamicinum are given to rabbits,the induced action of RFP enzyme may remove the metabolism of aminophyline.As a result,the pharmacokinetics parameter of aminophyline in the rabbits will change so greatly that the biological effect of the drug is markedly influnced,So,if the two drugs have to be used together,the concentration of the drug in the patient's blood should be put under close contral to prevent from its changing,and be sure not to influence the curative effect, and even cause a harmful reaction.
