摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :观察氯沙坦联合低分子肝素对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 :84例糖尿病肾病患者 ,分为对照组和治疗组 ,在糖尿病治疗方案的基础上 ,比较氯沙坦与氯沙坦联合低分子肝素对尿微量蛋白排泄率和凝血功能的影响。结果 :氯沙坦联合低分子肝素可使尿微量白蛋白排泄率显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同时血液高凝状态也有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,无 1例出现瘀斑。结论 :氯沙坦联合低分子肝素对糖尿病肾病有明显疗效 ,并且具有出血危险性小的优点。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the combination of low molecular weight heparin and Cozaar on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 84 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (CG) received oral antidiabetic, and anti-hypertension treatment plus Cozaar (50 mg/d); therapeutic group (TG) received low molecular weight heparin and Cozaar. The albumin excretion ratio and coagulation function of patients in two groups were compared. Results: The AER and β 2MG values were significantly lower in TG than those in CG. No case of petechia was observed. Conclusions: The application of the combination of low molecular weight heparin and Cozaar can decrease the albumin excretion ratio and improve coagulation function, and has the merit of low risk of causing bleeding.
