摘要(Abstract)：

测定了４１例慢性肾脏疾病患者血清内源性洋地黄物质（ＥＤＩＳ）的含量。结果发现：慢性肾功能衰竭、慢性肾小球肾炎、肾后综合征及慢性肾盂肾炎患者血清ＥＤＬＳ均值均显著高于正常（Ｐ＜０．０５）。在慢性肾功能衰竭，血清ＥＤＬＳ的含量与血肌酐呈正相关，提示血清ＥＤＬＳ水平可作为估计肾功能损害程度及预后的一个指标。
The levels of digoxin-like substance were measured by radioimmunoassory in 41 cases of patients with chronic renal disease and 30 controls.The mean level of serum digoxin-like substance in the patients(0.124 2±0.152 6μg/)was higher than of the control(0.04±0.07μg/L),P<0. 05. In the patients groups with chronic renal failure(22 cases), the level of serum digoxin-like substance was remarkably higher,and had a positive correlation with serum creatinine(r=0.55 1 08,P<0. 05).The date indicated that the level of serum digoxin-like substance might can be indicator for evaluating the prognosis and siniation of the patients with chronic renal deficiency.
