摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解贵阳地区哮喘儿童运动现状。方法:采用流行病学现况调查方法,借鉴国内外相关文献,自行设计调查问卷,内容包括哮喘患儿自身对哮喘的了解情况、个人的运动状况(包括运动项目、频率、强度等)、患儿和家长对运动与哮喘关系的认识、就诊医生给予哮喘患儿运动处方指导情况还包括老师、同学或者朋友对其病情的了解及协助治疗情况等,针对贵阳地区261例哮喘儿童进行问卷调查。结果:75.9%的患儿了解哮喘,80.5%的患儿喜欢运动,32.4%的患儿选择强度较为缓和的运动项目,47.1%的患儿每周活动1~2 d,27.2%的患儿每次运动20~30 min;17.6%的患儿曾经发生运动诱发哮喘,3.1%的患儿需住院治疗;13.8%的患儿、18.8%的家长知道运动时的注意事项,16.9%的医生给予过运动指导,10%的老师限制过患儿运动,16.9%的患儿曾将病情告知朋友。结论:贵阳地区哮喘患儿和家长对哮喘的知情度、遵全球哮喘防治战略(GINA)方案治疗及进行适量运动的情况较好,但仍缺乏对运动的正确认识,需进一步将指导哮喘患儿合理参与运动作为儿童哮喘管理的重要组成部分。
