摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)对不同Guy’s结石分级患者的结石清除率。方法:244例肾结石患者,依据Guy’s分级分为A、B、C、D四组,所有患者均行PCNL治疗肾结石,对比4组患者的临床疗效及并发症。结果:A、B、C、D组单次手术结石清除率分别为84.61%、69.56%、52.38%及42.27%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且并发症严重程度依次增高。结论:Guy’s结石分级越高,结石清除率越低,并发症越严重。
