肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-9、IL-17水平

摘要(Abstract):

目的:检测肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-9、IL-17水平,探讨肺炎支原体感染对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:将60例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿按肺炎支原体抗体不同稀释倍数滴度阳性(1∶80、1∶160、≥1∶320)分为3组作为实验组,20例正常儿童作为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组血清IL-9、IL-17水平。结果:1∶80倍和1∶160倍组患儿血清IL-9较正常对照降低(P<0.05),各滴度阳性实验组IL-17水平较正常对照组降低(P<0.05);IL-9随1∶80、1∶160倍、≥1∶320倍滴度阳性逐渐升高[(14.82±5.11)ng/L、(16.37±6.0)ng/L、(18.94±5.86)ng/L、(P<0.05)],而IL-17水平变化不大[(4.88±2.90)ng/L、(4.71±2.38)ng/L、(5.77±1.94)ng/L、(P>0.05)]。结论:肺炎支原体感染可能导致机体血清中IL-9、IL-17水平降低,IL-9水平表现随肺炎支原体抗体滴度升高而升高。
Objective: To detect the levels of IL-9 and IL-17 in serum of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia( MP) pneumonia( MPP),and so as to investigate the effect of MP on immune function.Methods: Sixty children with MPP were divided into 3 groups according to MP antibody dilution titer( 1∶ 80 group,1∶ 160 group and ≥1∶ 320 group),20 normal children served as control group. Levels of IL-9 and IL-17 in serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results:Compared with the normal group,the levels of IL-9 in serum of 1∶ 80 group and 1∶ 160 group were decreased( P < 0. 05),and the levels of IL-17 in each experimental group were decreased( P < 0. 05);the levels of IL-9( 14. 82 ± 5. 11 ng / L,16. 37 ± 6. 0 ng / L,18. 94 ± 5. 86 ng / L) increased gradually with the rise of antibody titers( 1∶ 80,1∶ 160,≥1∶ 320),and the differences were significant( P < 0.05),while there was little change in levels of IL-17( 4. 88 ± 2. 90 ng / L,4. 71 ± 2. 38 ng / L,5. 77 ±1. 94 ng / L). Conclusions: MP infection may lead to the decrease of IL-9 and IL-17 levels in serum,and the levels of IL-9 increase with the increase of MP antibody titer.
