江苏某铅酸蓄电池企业职业卫生现状调查

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解江苏某铅蓄电池企业职业卫生现状,为该类企业职业病危害因素的防控提供依据。方法:按照《职业病危害评价通则》要求,对江苏某铅蓄电池企业产生铅烟、铅尘、硫酸雾、苯、甲苯、二甲苯及噪声的工作环节进行调查,分析这些指标不合格情况;并对该企业在岗439名在岗职工进行职业健康检查,观察血铅浓度超标的发生率。结果:铸片、铅粉机、和膏机、套管、分片、刷耳、极板、装配等岗位铅烟(尘)超出国家标准;铅粉机、涂板机、铸片与灌粉等岗位噪声超出国家标准且未进行隔音处理,439名在岗职工中血铅浓度超标的发生率为24. 8%。结论:该铅蓄电池企业铅烟(尘)为主要的有害因素,血铅浓度超标人数较多,此外,噪声危害也不容忽视。
Objective: To understand the occupational health status of staffs at a lead-acid battery enterprise in Jiangsu Province,and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in such enterprises. Methods: According to General Principles for Assessment of Occupational Hazard,investigation and index analysis were conducted in the working links of lead fume,lead dust,sulfuric acid mist,benzene,toluene,xylene and noise produced by a lead-acid battery enterprise in Jiangsu Province. 439 workers were examined for occupational health check to observe the frequencies of blood lead poisoning. Results: Lead fume( dust) exceeding the national standard exists in casting,lead powdering,mixing,bushing,slicing,brushing,plating and bushing,slicing,brushing,plating,assembly,etc. The noise of the lead powder machine,the plate coating machine,the casting piece and the filling powder exceeded the national standard and no noise treatment was carried out. The incidence of blood lead levels that exceed the national standard among 439 employees was 24. 8%. Conclusion: Lead fume( dust) which caused lead poisoning of workers remained the main occupational hazard factor in this lead-acid battery enterprise. In addition,noise hazards should not be ignored.
