大鼠口服艳山姜挥发油后的入血成分分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:检测艳山姜挥发油(EOFAZ)进入大鼠血浆的成分。方法:采用GC-MS技术和血清药物化学研究方法,分析大鼠经EOFAZ灌胃1 h后的入血成分。结果:建立了大鼠给药后血浆样品的分析测定方法,并与空白血浆样品及EOFAZ对比,检测并鉴定出37个入血成分,且均为挥发油原型成分,主要活性成分β-蒎烯、α-蒎烯、莰烯、1,8-桉叶油醇在EOFAZ及大鼠血浆中所占百分含量均较高。结论:艳山姜活性部位37种挥发油进入大鼠血浆,为艳山姜作用的药效基础。
Objective: To investigate the prototype components of the essential oil from Fructus Alpiniae Zerumbet(EOFAZ) in rats plasma. Methods: GC-MS and serum pharmacochemistry were used to analyze the prototype components of EOFAZ one hour after intragastric infusion in rats. Results: The developed method was applicable to the analysis and identification of metabolites of EOFAZ after oral administration. The 37 prototype components were identified in comparison with that of the blank biological samples and EOFAZ. The main active ingredients of β-pinene,α-pinene,terpene,and 1,8-Cineole were all higher in EOFAZ and blood components. Conclusion: The components of essential oil from active fractions of Alpiniae Zerumbet in rats serum provides a certain reference for the further study of the vivo process and pharmacodynamics material basis of EOFAZ.
