医科大学生情绪智力调查及影响因素研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解医科大学生情绪智力状况及影响因素。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法抽取某医科大学在校1~4年级学生611名,用情绪智力量表(EIS量表)及自编问卷进行情绪智力及影响因素调查。结果:某医科大学的大学生总体情绪智力水平为3.90,情绪智力各维度在3.66~4.22之间,比较其它研究,本组医科大学生情绪智力水平较高,男女生情绪智力存在差异,虽然情绪智力在不同年级间的差异有统计学意义,但情绪智力在年级分布上没有明显趋势性。结论:医科大学生情绪智力水平较高,情绪智力与性别和年级相关性有统计学意义。
Objective: To understand the status of emotional intelligence(EI) of medical college students and its influence factors. Methods: A total of 611 students in grades 1 ~ 4 from a medical college were chosen by using stratified random cluster sampling method. EI and influencing factors were studied by using emotional intelligence scale(EIS Scale) and self- designed questionnaire. Results: The whole level of EI of the students was 3. 90,Each dimension of EI was between 3. 66 and4. 22. Compared with other studies,these students had higher EI. There were significant differences in EI between boys and girls and among students in different grades. However,obvious trend was not found among students in different grades. Conclusions: The EI levels of these medical college students are relatively high. EI level is associated with gender and grade statistically.
