摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者血脂、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:120例经颈动脉超声确诊为颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者均分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用普罗布考,比较两组患者用药前后IMT、血脂和CRP水平,随访1年比较两组患者心脑血管事件发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后IMT、C反应蛋白(CRP)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者随访1年,观察组脑卒中及冠心病发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考能有效改善颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者血脂及CRP水平,降低患者斑块积分,可有效预防心脑血管事件的发生。
Objective: To explore the effect of rosuvastatin combined with probucol on blood lipids level,carotid intima- media thickness( IMT) and C reactive protein( CRP) in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods: 120 cases of patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques diagnosed by carotid ultrasound diagnosis were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group( n = 60) and the control group( n = 60). Observation group received treatment of rosuvastatin combined with probucol while control group received treatment of rosuvastatin only. The levels of IMT,blood lipids and CRP were compared between the two groups before and after medication. The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were compared between the two groups during one year follow-up visit. Results: After treatment,IMT,CRP,glycerol three( TG),total cholesterol( TC) and low density protein( LDL-C) levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05) while the high density protein( HDL-C) level was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year,and the incidence of stroke and coronary heart disease in the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of rosuvastatin and probucol can effectively improve the blood lipid and CRP levels in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque,and reduce the score of plaque,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
