成人和儿童管状骨结核的影像学特征
The Imaging Features of Tubular Bone Tuberculosis in Adults and Children

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨成人和儿童管状骨结核的影像学特征。方法:收集14例成人和13例经病理证实的管状骨结核患者的X线、CT及MRI资料,分析其病灶位置、病变程度等影像学特征。结果:13例儿童管状骨结核,5例发生在长骨干骺端及骨骺,骨质破坏较局限;8例发生在儿童手足短管状骨,病灶均为多发,病变弥漫,骨质破坏呈膨大性畸形,但未侵犯骨骺;14例成人管状骨结核中,7例发生在长管状骨,病变范围局限;7例发生在股骨大粗隆,表现为中心型及边缘型骨质破坏。结论:儿童及成人管状骨结核的影像学表现具有一定特征性。
Objective:To investigate the imaging feature of tubular bone tuberculosis in adults and children.Methods:X-ray,CT and MRI data of 14 adults and 13 cases of tubular bone tuberculosis confirmed by pathology,analyzing imageological features of lesion location.Results:Of 13 cases of children tubular bone tuberculosis,5 cases with limited destruction occurred in the metaphysis and epiphysish of long tubular bone in child; 8 cases occurred in short and long tubular bones of children's hand and foot,the lesions of bone destruction were multiple,diffused and swelling.Of 14 cases of adult tubular bone tuberculosis,7 cases with limited destruction occurred in long tubular bone of adult;7 cases with center and borderline bony destruction occurred in the femoral trochanter.Conclusion:The imaging findings of tubular bone tuberculosis in children and adults have a certain characteristic feature.
