摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解贵州省黔东南州地区部分育龄夫妇地中海贫血发生率。方法:采用血细胞分析和血红蛋白电泳对黔东南州部分地区1 516对育龄夫妇进行地中海贫血筛查,比较不同性别不同民族孕龄夫妇地中海贫血筛查阳性率。结果:1 516对育龄夫妇(共3 032人)中,血细胞分析有279例地中海贫血筛查阳性,阳性率为9.2%;血红蛋白电泳显示617例地中海贫血筛查阳性,阳性率20.3%;女性地中海贫血筛查阳性率高于男性(P<0.05),苗族与侗族地中海贫血阳性率高于汉族,侗族与壮族地中海贫血阳性率高于水族(P<0.05)。结论:黔东南州不同性别,不同民族间地中海贫血筛查阳性率差别较大。
Objective: To investigate incidence rate of thalassemia in couples of reproductive age in Qian Dongnan Area of Guizhou Province. Methods: Adopting the blood cell analysis and the hemoglobin electrophoresis to screen Qian Dongnan Area 1 516 couples of thalassemia,comparing positive rate of couples of different gender and minority groups. Results: The results of 3 032 cases of participants showed 279 cases blood cell were tested as positive,positive rate is 9. 2%; Hemoglobin electrophoresis showed 617 positive cases,positive rate is 20. 3%; female thalassemia screen rate was higher than that of male( P < 0. 05). Thalassemia positive rate of Miao and Dong people were higher than that of Han people,Thalassemia positive rate of Dong and Zhuang people were higher than that of Shui people( P< 0. 05). Conclusion: Thalassemia screen rate varies among people from different ethnic group of Qiandongnan.
