CXCR4及CD44和CD133的表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理特征的相关性

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)组织中趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、肿瘤干细胞分子标记物(CD133、CD44)的表达与临床病理之间的关系。方法:选择88例EOC患者卵巢肿瘤组织标本作为EOC组,同期80例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤患者组织标本作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学法检测两组组织中CXCR4、CD44及CD133的表达,分析CXCR4、CD44、CD133表达与EOC患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:CXCR4主要表达于细胞质中,而CD44、CD133主要表达于细胞膜上,EOC组3项指标的表达显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CXCR4及CD44表达均与临床分期、腹水中找到恶性细胞、淋巴结转移、大网膜转移有关(P<0.05),CD133表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、大网膜转移有关(P<0.05),但3项指标均与年龄及病理类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:CXCR4、CD44及CD133表达可能与上皮性卵巢癌侵袭有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4), tumor stem cell molecular markers(CD44, CD133) and clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC). Methods:A total of 88 specimens of ovarian tumors from patients with EOC were selected as EOC group and 80 specimens from patients with benign epithelial ovarian tumors were selected as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect CXCR4, CD44 andCD133 expression, and the relationship between CXCR4, CD44 and CD133 expression and clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed. Results:CXCR4 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm, while CD44 and CD133 were mainly expressed in the cell membrane. The expression levels of CXCR4, CD44 and CD133 in EOC group was higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of CXCR4 and CD44 was correlated with clinical stage, malignant cells found in ascites, lymph node metastasis and omental metastasis(P<0.05), and the expression of CD133 was correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and omental metastasis(P<0.05).However, there was no correlation between the three indexes and age or pathological type(P>0.05).Conclusion:The CXCR4, CD44, CD133 also play a role in the invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
