云南汉族人群CD80基因多态性位点与肺癌的相关性

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨云南汉族人群中CD80基因中的多态性位点(SNPs)rs16829980(A>G)、rs16829984(G>C)、rs41271391(G>T)及rs41271393(C>T)与肺癌的相关性。方法:选取云南地区汉族人群肺癌患者288例(病例组),健康体检人群288例(对照组),采用Taq Man探针基因分型方法对CD80基因中上述4个SNPs位点进行基因分型,研究其等位基因、基因型及所构建的单倍型在两组人群中的分布差异。结果:rs16829980(A>G)等位基因A和G、rs41271391(G>T)等位基因G和T、rs41271393(C>T)等位基因C和T在病例组和对照组中的分布频率的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.018,0.015,0.015),单倍型分析结果显示GGTT单倍型是云南汉族人群肺癌发生的保护性因素(OR=0.723;95%CI:0.555~0.941)。结论:CD80基因SNPs位点rs16829980(A>G)中等位基因A、rs41271391(G>T)中等位基因G以及rs41271393(C>T)的等位基因C可能是云南汉族人群肺癌发生的危险因素,GGTT单倍型可能是云南汉族人群肺癌发生的保护性因素。
Objective: To explore the association of four single nucleotide polymorphisms( SNPs)rs16829980A > G,rs16829984 G > C,rs41271391 G > T and rs41271393 C > T in CD80 gene with the lung cancer in a Yunnan Han population. Methods: A total 288 patients with lung cancer and 288 healthy individuals were recruited in this study,and the genotyping of the above- mentioned four SNPs was analyzed by Taqman assay. The distribution of alleles,genotypes and constructed haplotypes in the two groups was studied. Results: There were statistically significant differences in distribution of A and G of rs16829980 A > G,G and T of rs41271391 G > T,C and T of rs41271393 C > T between the casegroup and control group( P = 0. 018,0. 015 and 0. 015). The frequencies of haplotypes result showed that GGTT haplotypes was protective factors of lung cancer in Han population of Yunnan Province( OR= 0. 723; 95% CI: 0. 555 ~ 0. 941). Conclusion: The A allele of rs16829980 A > G( OR = 1. 373;95% CI: 1. 056 ~ 1. 784),the G allele of rs41271391 G > T( OR = 1. 382; 95% CI: 1. 065 ~ 1. 796)and the C allele of rs41271393 C > T( OR = 1. 385; 95% CI: 1. 065 ~ 1. 801) may be risk factors of lung cancer.
