颊粘膜癌变期肿瘤血流总量和血管生成与肿瘤生长关系的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

在诱导地鼠颊囊癌全过程中,采用墨汁灌注血管铸型技术、微循环形态和机能显微摄象测定技术,结合组织学检查,动态研究了颊囊癌变及肿瘤生长中的血管构筑过程和肿瘤区血流灌注量的变化情况。结果发现,血管生成现象不仅出现在肿瘤期,早在癌变前期就有明显表现,并随肿瘤生长而更加突出。肿瘤组织内的血流灌注量也随病变组织的癌变和肿瘤生长而增加,以满足肿瘤细胞分裂增殖所需的营养供给。但血流总量的增长幅度与血管生成并不一直成比例,到肿瘤生长中晚期,血流总量的涨幅低于血管密度涨幅,其原因认为同肿瘤所致的高粘血症有关。
Carcinoma growth relies on the setting up of blood vessel net.Use the ink microvascular cast and the micrography technique of microcirculation and pathology to study the change of angiogenesis and bloodstream volume during cheek pouch cancerigation and carcinoma growth.The results showed that the phenomenon of angiogenesis exsists not only in the cancer formation but also in precancerous perioed.Angiogenesis is clearer and clearer as carcinoma grows.The bloodstream volume also increased during the cheek pouch cancerigation and cancer growth.The rising range of bloodstream volume is not directly proportional to with the rising rangte of angiogenesis in the middle and late period of cancer growth,the rising range of bloodstream volume is lower than that of angiogenesis.This is due to the high blood viscosity of carcinoma.
