YM—I型电脑心血管系统诊断仪的研制和临床应用

摘要(Abstract):

本文介绍一种脉图信号的数据采集和处理装置.该装置以国产Z-80cpu微处理机为核心主件,通过计算机对人体桡动脉脉图进行自动采集、分析和计算处理,自动打印输出人体心血管功能的23个参数,以便对心血管功能进行综合评价。该仪器具有无创伤、简便快速、定量准确可靠、重复性好等优点,在临床医学、药物研究、运动医学等方面有广阔的应用前景。
A new kind of device collecting and processing pulsographical signal data is reported in this paper. The classical physiology and biomedical engineering method and computer technique have been used in data processing of pulsogram in the device.Based on homodynamic model of blood circulation established by Zhang Daxiang, a computerized cardiovascular function monitor made by ourselves has been used to carry out data processing of hemodynamic signals of pulsogram. The pulsoram of left radial artery was traced by a medical pressure sensor(Type MH-1), and it was put into microcomputer throngh dense sampling of modulus. Then the microcomputer was ordered to do recognition of pulsogram automatically and samping calculation as well as output printing 23 cardiovascular function indexes. The new device has been successfully used in the clinical diagnosis, emegency treatment, pharmacology and traditional Chinese medicine
