多噻烷的迟发神经毒性研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究新型农药多噻烷有无迟发神经毒性。方法 :按农药登记毒理学试验方法 (GB15 6 70 1995 )进行试验。结果 :多噻烷对动物体重有影响但无任何迟发神经毒性症状 ,病理组织学检查神经系统各部位均无组织坏死及炎症变化。结论 :多噻烷无迟发神经毒性作用。
Objective: To study the delayed neurotoxicity after acute poisoning of PCTA in female chickens. Methods: The toxicological test methods for pesticides registration (GB15670 1995) were used. Results: PCTA showed effect on body weight of female chickens, but no symptom of delayed neurotoxicity was observed. The pathological examination showed no necrosis or inflammation in the whole neural system. Conclusion: PCTA has no delayed neurotoxicity effect. [
