强电刺激大鼠迷走神经中枢端对杏仁核单位放电的影响Effects of Electric Stimulation of Central End of Vagus on Unit Discharges of Amygdanoid Body in Rate

摘要(Abstract):
实验在34只乌拉坦、氯醛糖麻醉、肌肉麻痹、人工呼吸的大鼠上进行。主要观察了强电刺激颈迷走神经中枢端所引起的加压反应及对杏仁核单位放电的影响。结果如下:强电刺激迷走神经中枢端,可引起加压反应,杏仁核单位放电多数增加,部份减少。放电频率变化可持续5min以上,以第一分钟最显著。表明迷走-加压反射可影响杏仁核单位放电活动。
Experiments were performed of 24 urethane (600mg/kg), chloralose (50 mg/kg) anasthetized rats which were paralyzed by flaxedil and ventilated by atificial respiration. Effects of strong electric stimulation of central end of cer- vical vagus on blood pressure and single unit discharges of amygdanoid body in rats were observed. The results are as follows: (1) When the centralend of vagus was stimulated, vagus-pressor reaction was produced. (2) When the central end of vagus was stimulated, the majority of unit discharges of amygdanoid body reacted was increased, part of units showed the mino ity was decreased, variation of frequency was continued over 5 min, the most obvious was at the first min. The results showed that vagus-pressor reflex can influence on the activity of unit discharges of amygdanoid body.
