慢性粒细胞性白血病bcr/abl融合基因的表达

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究慢性粒细胞性白血病患者bcr/abl融合基因阳性率及其临床意义。方法:取慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)患者骨髓或外周血,提取单核细胞的总RNA,用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR),观察其bcr/abl基因的表达。结果:9例CML患者中,8例bcr/abl基因阳性,占88.9%。结论:bcr/abl基因检测可以用来辅助CML的临床诊断。
Objective:To investigate the positive expression rate of bcr/abl fusion gene in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and its clinical significance. Methods: The RT-PCR technique was used to detect the bcr/abl gene in CML. Results: Out of 9 cases of chronic phase of CML, 8 showed positive expression of bcr/abl gene which accounted for 88. 9% . Conclusions: Bcr/abl gene detecting technique has significance in clinical classification of CML. When bcr/abl gene expresses positively, it contributes to differential diagnosis in blast crisis of CML and acute myelogenous leukemia ( AML) at the first diagnosis.
