酸菜与尿石症
Relationship between Pickled Mustard and Urinary Calculi

摘要(Abstract):

在贵州省尿结石发病率最高的从江县取喜食的酸菜给24名受试者食用,同时喂养实验性大白鼠。结果人和鼠食酸菜后尿草酸、钙、尿酸排泄率都增高,尿pH下降,有利于草酸钙及尿酸性结石的形成。实验鼠40%发生肾结石,证实了酸菜在当地尿石症发病中的重要作用。
Twenty-four subjects have been given pickled mustard which was addicted by minority masses in Congjiang region. Experimental rats were also fed with it simultaneously. As the results both men and rats showed significant increase in urinary excretory rate of oxalate,calcium and uric acid with a decrease of pH in urine after taking it. Such change might influence the formation of calcium oxalate and uric acid stone. Moreover there were stone formed in the rats' kidneys. All of such proved that pickled mustard have played an important role in urinary calculi formation in Congjiang region.
