反-丁烯二酸二甲酯在食品中的防霉研究

摘要(Abstract):

报道了食品保鲜剂反-丁烯二酸二甲酯对食品类物质的防霉保鲜实验研究,结果表明,它能明显延长食品的保质期二至三倍,是一种有开发价值的新型防霉保鲜剂
Dimethyl Fumarate(DMF)is a new food mildewcide in the world. We discussed the magnificent antiseptic properties of DMF,specially in the field of grain products and fruits.We got a satisfying effect.We found that DMF can make the period o f food fresh preservation one or two times longer than before.For example,cake can be fresh for 22 days under DMF.The aim of our research is to find a new effective antisepic and to make it use in the market. Some plants in Guizhou were used for DMF and satisfied.It is concluded that DMF is an useful material in Guizhou.
