高分贝刺激在听觉脑干诱发电位中的意义VALUE OF HIGH STIMULUS INTENSITY IN THE BRAIN STEM AUDITORY EVOKEDPOTENTIAL

摘要(Abstract):
本文报告对63名健康成人和9名桥小脑角肿瘤病人分别采用80dB(SL)和100dB(SL)刺激强度进行脑干诱发电位(BAEP)检查的结果。我们发现高分贝刺激可明显提高正常人Ⅰ波和Ⅲ波的出现率,有助于桥小脑角病变诊断。
The brain stem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs)were tested in 63 healthy adults and 6 patients with CP angle tumours. The stimulus intensitys of 80dB and 100dB clicks were applied. The rates of occurrence of waves Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ and Ⅰ—Ⅲ,Ⅲ—Ⅴ,Ⅰ—Ⅴ Inter-peak intervals were analysed. we found that there was a high occurrence of wave Ⅰ and wave Ⅲ in case of 100dB stimulus intensity. The high stimulus intensity may be used to make a iagnosis in CP angle turnouts.
