中枢注入心得安对哇巴因诱发室性心律失常的影响

摘要(Abstract):

<正> 早在30年代初期就有人提出强心甙诱发心律失常与中枢神经系统有关。Basu-RaY及其同事用微量的哇巴因注入猫下丘脑可诱发心律失常,并认为主要受交感神经调节。从而进一步证实强心甙诱发心律失常系中枢神经系统所致,但中枢β-受体对哇巴因诱发室颤或室速产生的影响,未见文献报导。为此,本文以微量心得安注入豚鼠侧脑室,观察中枢β-受体对哇巴因诱发室性心律失常的影响,并与α-阻滞剂育亨宾进行比较。实验材料药品哇巴因从贵州省药检所购得,批号18(3)1963,临用时用去离子水配置;心得安系盐酸盐注射液,1ml相当于
The results of this study indicate that the beta-receptor in the CNS may play an important role in the ventricular arrhythmogenic action of int rave- nously administered ouabain. Previous intracerebroventr icularadministration of beta blocking agent propranolol resulted in significant protection against oua- bain-induced ventricular arrhythmias (VA) or ventricular fibrillation (VF). in addition decerebated animals also produced a similar phenomenon, and they can also interfere with the sympathominetic stimulant drug ephedrine that increases ouabain-induced ventricular arrhythmias. Previously centrally admini- stered alpha blocking drug yuhinbine did not show significan tprotection again- st ouabain-induced VA or VF. The Present paper also indicates that propra- nolol antiarrhythmic action is closely associated with the central beta receptor.
