血尿酸和脂蛋白-a水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系
A Research on the Relationship of Blood Uric Acid and Lipoprotein-a Level with the Pathological Condition of Coronary Artery

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨血尿酸(SUA)和脂蛋白-a[Lp(a)]水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法:224例患者根据选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果分为冠心病组121例,正常对照组103例,再根据Gensini评分系统将冠心病组分为2组,其中Gensini积分<30分66例为冠心病A组,Gensini积分≥30分55例为冠心病B组;再根据冠状动脉病变支数分为单支病变组46例,双支病变组46例,多支病变组29例。分别测定其SUA和Lp(a)水平,并分析二者与冠心病冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。结果:冠心病组SUA和Lp(a)水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),冠心病B组SUA和Lp(a)的水平明显高于冠心病A组(P<0.05),双支病变组和多支病变组之间比较冠脉病变支数越多,SUA和Lp(a)水平就越高(P<0.05),单支病变组与对照组比较SUA和Lp(a)的水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SUA与Gensini积分相关系数为0.451,Lp(a)与Gensini积分相关系数为0.413。结论:动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者SUA和Lp(a)的水平高低与冠状动脉病变严重程度呈明显正相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship of serum uric acid (SUA) and lipoprotion-a (LP-a) with the pathological condition of coronary artery. Methods: According to coronary angiography, two hundred and twenty-four patients were divided into two groups: The coronary heart disease (CHD) group (n=121) and non-CHD group (control group) (n=103). The CHD group was further divided into two subgroups according to accumulated points of Gensini scoring system: patients with Gensini score <30 were in group A (n=66), and those with Gensini score ≥30 in group B (n=55). The CHD group was also further divided into three subgroups according to the number of diseased vessels: one diseased vessel group ( group 1,n= 46), two diseased vessel group (group 2,n=46), and three diseased vessel group (group 3,n=29). The levels of SUA and LP-a were measured, and the relationship of them with the pathological severity of coronary artery was analyzed.Results: The levels of SUA and LP-a in group CHD were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The levels of SUA and LP-a in CHD group B were significantly higher than those of group A (P<0.05). A phenomenon was found in groups 2 and 3 that The higher the levels of SUA and LP-a were, the more the diseased vessel were(P<0.05). The levels of SUA and LP-a in group 1 did not differ from those of control group significantly. The correlation coefficients of SUA and LP-a levels with Gensini scores were 0.451 and 0.413 respectively.Conclusion: The levels of SUA and LP-a in CHD patients were positively correlated to the pathological severity of coronary artery.
