子宫内膜胚泡黏附时着床点与着床旁组织的分离

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :分离小鼠子宫内膜胚泡着床点和着床旁组织 ,以利于对着床机制及生育调控的研究。方法 :取妊娠第 5天 (D5)小鼠 ,尾静脉注射 0 4 %台盼蓝 (Trypanblue) ,10min后脱颈处死 ,取小鼠子宫 ,用处理的 4号针头滑动挤压子宫角。结果 :取得的子宫内膜完整 ,着床点染成蓝色 ,与着床旁组织区别明显 ,易于分离。结论 :用简便易行的方法 ,分离小鼠胚泡着床点和着床旁组织 ,为胚泡着床机制的研究提供有意义的物质材料。
Objective: To isolate the implantation sites and periimplantation sites of pregnancy endometrium of mice for the research on the implantation mechanism and reproduction control. Methods: Injecting Trypan blue into pregnant mouse body through tail vein on the day 5 of pregnancy, cutting off the mouse uterus in 10 15 minutes, squeezing the uterus horn to collect endometrium, and then separating the implantation sites and periimplantation sites. Results: The endometrium obtained was complete. The implantation sites were blue, and were obviously distinguished from the periimplantation area, and were easy to be isolated. Conclusion: This method is simple, convenient, and can be used for isolation of implantation sites and periimplantation sites of mouse pregnancy endometrium, so as to provide significant material for the research of implantation mechanism.
