人工繁育蝇蛆对鸡免疫应答功能的影响A Study on the Change of the Hen’s Immune Response after Fed with Fresh Housefly Larvae

摘要(Abstract):
目的 :观察在饲料中添加鲜蛆、进口鱼粉、国产鱼粉对鸡免疫应答功能的影响。方法 :选成年罗曼褐壳蛋鸡 ,在基本饲料相同的前提下 ,添加鲜蝇蛆、进口鱼粉、国产鱼粉养鸡 ,每种饲料均设全量和减量两组 ,共 6组 ,每隔一定时间以伤寒沙门菌O抗原免疫 ,测定血清凝集效价和脾脏指数 ,观察鸡的免疫应答情况 ,每组随机设立未免疫对照。结果 :血清凝集效价各全量组之间差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,减量鲜蝇蛆和减量国产鱼粉差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但均高于减量进口鱼粉组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;各饲料减量组凝集效价均明显高于全量组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;脾脏增大以全量和减量鲜蛆组、全量进口鱼粉组、减量国产鱼粉组最为明显 ,增大率达 77 2 8%(P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :在饲料中添加适量家蝇幼虫对罗曼褐壳蛋鸡具有免疫调节作用
Objective: To observe the changes of immune response of hens caused by feeding with fresh housefly larvae. Methods: Adult Lohmann Brown hens were divided into 6 groups. All of them were fed with same basic fodder but plus different kinds and different amounts of animal protein: 1) standard dosage of protein from fresh housefly larvae; 2) reduced dosage of protein from fresh housefly larvae; 3) standard dosage of imported fish meal; 4) reduced dosage of imported fish meal; 5) standard dosage of domestically made fish meal; and 6) reduced dosage of domestically made fish meal; After the hens were immunized with Salmonella O antigen, their serum agglutinant valence and spleen index were measured, and compared with those of negative groups (non immunized hens). Results: The serum agglutinant valences of 3 standard dosage groups were the same( P >0.05). The serum agglutinant valences of reduced dosage group of fresh housefly larvae and domestically made fish meal groups were not different significantly( P >0.05), but were significantly higher than those of imported fish meal groups ( P <0.05). The serum agglutinant valence of each standard dosage group was lower than its reduced dosage group (P<0.05) , and the spleen increases of groups 1,2,3 and 6 were very obvious( P <0.001). The increase rate of spleen was 77.28%. Conclusion: The protein from fresh housefly larvae can improve hens immunity.
