电脑血液流变学指标测定系统的研制

摘要(Abstract):

本文介绍了电脑血液流变学指标测定系统的设计思想、工作原理及应用范围。该系统由转换接口电路、微机控制下的数据采集、数据的分析与处理等三部分组成。系统用于临床血液流变学指标的自动采集、分析处理,克服了人工操作所带来的精度误差、视觉误差、计算误差,提高了检测精度,减轻了劳动强度,重复性好,CV≤0.5%。
This paper introduces the design thinking, work principle and applied extent of micro-computer determination system on hemorheology parameters. The system consists mainly of three parts: (1) interface circuit; (2) collecting data under the control of micro-computer; (3) analysing and processing data.The system has two functions: determination of erythrocyte electrophore-sis and determinatioa of blood and plasma viscosity.The former, on the basis of hand-operated instrument of cell electrophoresis, is fulfiled by means of adding I/O interfaoe circuit which is linked to CEC computer.Besides,a circuit, which produces the effect of overcoming vibration when hand-operated switch is working was designed. It can greatly raise the precision of computer timing. The latter, making use of interface circuit and timing electrades, makes the deter mination of viscosity micro-computerization. The system can overcome shortcoming of watching by the naked eyes and of turning on or off by hand, save time and lighten labour.The precision reached the level as high as 0.005 second.
