长期存活恶性肿瘤病人NK细胞活性和T细胞功能的观察Study of Natural Killer Cells Mediated Cytotoxicity and T-lymphocyte Function in Long-Term Survivors of Cancer Patients

摘要(Abstract)：
测定了31例存活10年以上恶性肿瘤患者的外周血NK细胞活性和T淋巴细胞功能,结果显示现症病人的NK细胞活性和T细胞功能都低于正常人(P<0.05),未复发长期存活肿瘤患者的NK细胞活性和T细胞功能均高于远期复发患者和现症病人(P<0.05),但低于正常人(P<0.05)。
With restrict control,31 patients with malignant tumor who had lived for 10 years or longer after diagnosis were studied. Using their peripheral blood mononucleocytes, the ~3H-thymidine incorporation inhibition assay and the ~3H-thymidine incorporation assay were respectively utilized to examine natural killer cells(NK cell)mediated cytotoxicity and T-lymphocyte function in vitro. The results showed that the NK cell activity and T-lymphocyte function of tumor patients were lower than that of normal control (P<0.05).The long-term survivors NK cell activity and T-lymphocyte function were higher than that of the relapse cases and tumor patients (P<0.05), but lower than that of the normal control (P<0.05).
