高效液相色谱法测定肤痔清软膏中盐酸小檗碱含量The Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Fuzhiqing Ointments by HPLC

摘要(Abstract):
目的 :建立肤痔清软膏中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法 :采用C18柱 ,乙腈 -四氢呋喃 - 0 0 5mol/L磷酸二氢钾 (2 8∶12∶16 4 )为流动相 (0 7%三乙胺 ,磷酸调pH 3) ,流速 1ml/min ,温度 30℃ ,检测波长 35 0nm。结果 :盐酸小檗碱在 0 0 6 16~ 0 30 80 μg之间呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9999,平均回收率为 99 0 % ,RSD为2 10 %。结论 :本法简便、准确、重复性好 ,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride in Fuzhiqing ointments. Methods: C 18 column, with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran 0.05 mol/l KH 2PO 4 (0.7% triethylamine plus H 3PO 4 adjusted to pH 3 ) (28∶12∶164) was used as mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 350 nm with a flowing rate of 1 ml/min.The temperature of column was 30 C°. Results: The linear range was 0.061 6 μg~0.308 μg for berberine hydrochloride (r= 0.999 9 ). The average recovery rate was 99.0% and RSD was 2.10%. Conclusion: The method is simple, and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for quantitative analysis of this preparation.
