前列腺体积与前列腺特异抗原及抗原密度关系的多元回归研究

摘要(Abstract):

对100例前列腺增生(BPH)患者的前列腺体积、年龄、血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、抗原密度(PSAD)进行多元回归与相关分析。结果:年龄和前列腺体积均与血清PSA浓度显著相关(P<0.01),其中,体积与PSA之间和年龄与体积之间具有相关性(P<0.001、P<0.05),而年龄与PSA之间无相关性(P>0.05),体积每增加10cm3,PSA增高0.9μg/L。PSAD不受前列腺体积的影响(P>0.05),有82%的BPH患者在正常范围内,其中24例PSA在4~10μg/L的患者有18例PSAD≤0.2。血清PSA浓度主要受前列腺体积影响,年龄的影响是通过对体积的影响而间接引起的,PSAD可以消除前列腺体积的影响,在评价PSA浓度轻度增高时有更高的特异性。
To discuss the influence factors on the prostate specific antigen (PSA) and antigen density (PSAD) and their clinical useful value.Multiple regression and correlation in the prostate volume,age,serum PSA and PSAD of 100 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH).The age and prostate volume together had correlation with the serum concentrations of PSA (P<001).Among those,there were the correlation between the prostate volume and PSA (P<0001) and the age and prostate volume (P<005).But the age had no correlation with PSA (P>005).The PSAD were not influenced by the prostate volume (P>005).In 24 patients with PSA levels being 4-10 μg/L,18 patients' PSAD were lower than 02.The prostate volune had major influence on PSA.The age only had indirect infulence by the effect on the prostate volume.The PSAD may eliminated the influence of the prostate volume on PSA and had more specificity as the serum PSA levels being light increased.
