摘要(Abstract)：

本文以头针为主,辨证分型治疗儿童“乙型脑炎”、“病毒性脑炎”、“结核性脑膜炎”后遗症共33例,基本治愈12例,好转13例,无效8例。头针留针时间长,不捻转;体针辨证取穴,不留针,可以开窍醒脑,滋阴清热,宁心安神,促进疾病好转。
Thirty three patients with the sequelae of encephalitis B, vrtal encephalitis, and tuberculous meningitis in children were treated by the stress on the head acupuncture with typing based on an overall analysis of symtoms and signs. Of them there were 12 cared cases, 13 improved cases, and 8 ineffective cases. The results suggest that the treatment with acupuncture for encephalitis sequelae should make an early start after disappearance of high fever, so as to decrease an oceurance of the sequelae. The method that the head acupuncture is retained in long time without twisting and twirling; the points of body acupuncture is drawn based on an overall analysis of symptoms and signs without retaining of acupuncture may open the aperture of the heart blocked by pathogenic factor; nourish Yin (vital essence) and remove heat; relive anxiety or mental uneasines; promote recovery of diseases.
