摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道51例鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染病例,发现其发病率以6～9月份最高,占72.5%;男女之比为2:1;3岁以下者患病率最高,占98％.其主要临床表现为急性发热、腹泻、呕吐、脱水、酸中毒。文中还就其预防、防止交叉感染及治疗进行了讨论。
This paper reports 51 cases of Salmonella typhimurium infection.The incidence w a higher in June-September(72.50%);male:female was 2:1;most of them were under 3 years of age(98%).The chief clinical manifestations were acute fever,diarrhea,vomiting,dehydration,acidosis.Prevention and treatment of the disease were also discussed.
