不同年龄大鼠肝细胞内MDA和Mn-SOD含量的测定Changes of Malondialdehyde and Mn Superoxide Dismutase in the Rat Liver with Aging

摘要(Abstract):
本研究采用荧光法和比色法分别测定不同年龄组大鼠肝细胞膜和胞液的脂质过氧化作用的主要产物丙二醛(MDA)及与自由基清除直接相关的锰-超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)的含量。结果发现,肝细胞膜和胞液的MDA均随增龄而呈递增趋势,其中尤以膜MDA的升高明显(P<0.05);胞液Mn-SDO则随增龄而呈递减趋势,提示MDA作为研究细胞衰老的一种客观指标。膜MDA要比胞液MDA或总MDA更为敏感。
The levels of Malondialdehyde (MDA) and Mn Superoxide Dismutase (Mn-SOD) in the rat livers of different ages were determined by Fluoriemetry and Colorimetry respectively. The results showed that the levels of MDA in the membrane and cytoplasm of the liver cells tended to increase with aging. As compared to the young group (3 months), the mid-aged (12 months) and the high-aged (18 months) groups showed a marked rise of the membrane MDA (P<0.05). The Mn-SOD activity in the liver cells presented a declining trend with aging. These studies suggest that the contents of MDA and Mn-SOD in the rat liver are age-related. This suggests that, as one of indications of aging, the level of membrane MDA is more sensitive than the level of cytoplasm MDA.
