贵阳市爆米花中铅含量的调查
Investigation of Pb Content in Popcorn in Guiyang

摘要(Abstract):

测定了爆米花中铅的含量。通过与食物中Pb含量的国家卫生标准比较,米花和玉米花中Pb含量的测定结果较高。因此,人们特别是儿童应该少吃一些这类被污染的食品,以减少对身体的损害。
This paper has determined the Pb content in popcorn. The result has been compared with the Pb content in rice and corn, and with the national health standard of the Pb content in the foods, it is high. The men and especially the children should eat little these polluted foods to reduce the damage to the body.
