乌蕨中抑菌活性成分核磁共振波谱分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :对乌蕨 (Stenolomachusanum(L)Ching)中活性成分进行分离提纯。方法 :采用层析法对乌蕨乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分化学成分进行分离纯化 ,再用质谱和核磁共振进行结构鉴定。结果 :得到了 3个具有抗菌成分的化合物 ,(1)芹菜素、(2 )丁香酸和 (3)原儿茶酸 ,其中芹菜素是在该植物成分中首次报道。结论 :丁香酸、原儿茶酸和芹菜素为该植物的主要抑菌活性成分。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Stenoloma chusanum (L) Ching. Methods: The chemical constituents of AcOEt fraction from Ethanol Extraction were separated and purified with chromatographic techniques, and tested with mass spectrographic technique and nuclear magnetic resonance. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of special data analysis. Results: Three compounds were obtained as apigenin(1), syringic acid (2), and protocatechuic acid (3). Among them, apigenin (1) was reported in this plant for the first time. Conclusions: apigenin (1), syringic acid (2), and protocatechuic acid (3) are the main bioactive constituents that can inhibit bacteria. [
