幽门螺杆菌细菌培养与尿素酶试验对幽门螺杆菌检测敏感性比较Comparison of Sensitivity between Rapid Urease Test and Bacterial Culture for Helicobacter pylori Detection

摘要(Abstract):
目的:比较快速尿素酶试验(Rapid urease test,RUT)及细菌培养两种方法对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)检测的差异。方法:收集有上消化道症状178例患者,内镜下取胃窦近幽门口处黏膜行RUT及H.pylori培养,分析BUT及细菌培养两种方法对幽门螺杆菌检测的敏感性。结果:H.pylori感染率82.5%,其中细菌分离培养阳性95例,阳性率53.4%,敏感性64.6%;136例RUT阳性,阳性率76.4%,敏感性92.5%,两者有统计学差异(P<0.05);服药史是造成细菌培养假阴性的重要因素。结论:RUT及细菌培养两种方法对幽门螺杆菌检测的敏感性存在差异。
Objective: To compare the sensitivity of rapid urease test(RUT) and bacterial culture for detecting Helicobacter pylori in patients infected with H.pylori in Guizhou province,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods: One hundred and seventy-eight cases among 208 out patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms and received gastroscopy were chosen as subjects.Mucosa specimens at sinus ventriculi near pyloric orifice were collected for RUT,and bacterial cultures were performed with the same specimens.Sensitivities of RUT and bacterial culture were compared.Relationship between them were analyzed combined with general information.Results: The general infection rate of the subjects was 82.5%(147/178).Among the confirmed cases,95 were discoved by H.pylori culture,which gave a positive rate of 53.4%(95/178),and a sensitivity rate of 64.6%(53.4%/82.5%).The number of RUT positive cases was 136,which gave a positve rate of 76.4%(136/178),and a sensitivity rate of 92.5%(76.4%/82.5%).The differences between them were statistically significant(P<0.05).Medication history significantly influenced bacterial culture sensitivity.Conclusions: The sensitivities of RUT and bacterial culture for H.pylori in Guizhou province are different.
