摘要(Abstract)：

目的:通过对贵阳城区人群健康上颌恒前牙色度值进行测量分析,与Vita 3D-master比色板色度值进行比较,探讨两者的色度学适配性。方法:采用国际照明委员会推荐的CIE1976L*a*b*表色系统为基础,用Shade Eye Ncc电脑比色仪检测178名20～75岁的贵阳城区人群1068颗健康上颌恒前牙的色度值,并与Vita3D-master比色板比较,采用Spss11.5统计分析软件对色度值进行统计分析。结果:Vita 3D-master比色板与贵阳城区人群上颌恒前牙的符合率分别为中切牙53.3%,侧切牙63.3%,尖牙52.2%,总符合率为56.3%。结论:贵阳城区人群上颌恒前牙色度值与Vita 3D-master比色板匹配度不高,比色板有待进一步完善。
Objective : To detect chromatic value of maxillary anterior teeth of health people in Guiy-ang city, and to compare with the color of Vita 3 D-master shade guide, so as to explore the adaptabili-ty between them. Methods: Based on CIE1976L*a*b*color system recommended by internationalcommission on illumination, chromatic values of 1068 maxillary anterior teeth of 178 people aged be-tween 20 and 75 years in Guiyang city were measured and compared with Vita 3D-master shade guide.The data were analyzed by Spss 11.5 software. Results: The coincidence rates between maxillary ante-rior teeth and Vita 3D-master were central incisor 53.3%, lateral incisor 63.3%, canine 52.2% andtotal coincidence rate 56.3%. Conclusion: The coincidence rate between maxillary anterior teeth inGuiyang city and Vita 3D-master is low and the shade guide needs to be improved.
