刺激兔扣带回对尾核头部痛相关单位电活动的影响
Effect of Cingulate Gyms Stimulation on Nociceptive Discharge of Neurons in the Head of Caudate Nucleus of Rabbits

摘要(Abstract):

实验在15只家兔上进行。以玻璃微电极记录尾核头部(DHCN)痛相关单位,刺激扣带回,观察痛相关单位电活动的变化。在70只DHCN痛相关单位中,有44个对刺激扣带回表现兴奋反应(62.9%),17个呈抑制反应(24.3%),9个变化不明显(12.8%)。进一步观察了52只痛相关单位,在刺激扣带回后再施伤害刺激,43个原痛兴奋单位中15个转为抑制(34.9%),16个进一步兴奋(37.2%)12个无变化(27.9%);原9个痛抑制单位,8个转为兴奋,1个变化不明显。提示,扣带回可通过其下行活动,调制伤害性冲动在尾核水平上的传递。
Experiments were perfomed on 15 rabbits immobilized with flaxedid.Unit discharges of the dorsal part of the head of caudate nucleus (DHCN)responsive to nociceptive stimulation were recorded with glass microelectrodes In the 91 units of DHCN, 70 units were found to be responsive to noxious stimuli, among which 57 units showed excitatory effect and 13 units showed inhibitory effect.Among 43 CNPE units, the spontaneous discharges of 15 units were inhibted by the cingulate gyrus stimulation, those of 16 units showed no change.Among the 9 CNPI units, the spontaneous discharges were enhanced in 8 units and unchanged in 1 unit.These results indicate that the cingulate gyrus could modulate the nocicetive impulses in DHCN through some descending pathway.
