外源性神经生长因子对三叉神经损伤修复的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探讨外源性神经生长因子 (NGF)对三叉神经损伤修复过程中神经元凋亡及神经电生理的影响。方法 :建立大鼠三叉神经下颌支离断 -硅胶管桥接模型 ,局部给予NGF或生理盐水。采用原位末端标记法 ,研究伤后三叉神经感觉核区神经元细胞的凋亡改变 ;采用电生理方法观察修复过程中感觉神经元电生理的变化。结果 :外源性NGF可减少损伤后三叉神经感觉核神经元细胞的凋亡 ,同时对三叉神经下颌支损伤后神经元动作电位的恢复有促进作用。结论 :外源性NGF在损伤局部应用 ,能够通过抑制神经元细胞凋亡 ,对神经的修复具有一定的促进作用
Objective: To observe the effects of exogenous never growth factor (NGF) on apoptosis and electro physiology change of nerve cells during the process of repairing . Methods: Rat models that mandibular branch of trigeminal nerve was injuried and then was silicone tube anastomosed was established. Same doses of NGF or saline were filled into silicone tubes. TUNEL and electro physiological method was applied respectively to investigate the apoptosis of sensory neurons and the change of action potential in neurons.Results: The sensory neurons apopotosis were significantly inhibited and the recovery of action potential were significantly enhanced by exogenous NGF administrating in models.Conclusion:Exogenous NGF play protecting role in injured trigeminal nerve by inhibiting apoptosis of sensory nerons.
