摘要(Abstract)：

用热板法、扭体法实验测痛表明,消炎利胆敞有显著的镇痛作用。正连续给药一周后,消炎利胆散对小鼠痛阈提高率为121％(P<0.001),对小鼠扭体反应抑制率为50％(P<0.01)。动物实验结果与临床镇痛疗效基本相符。
The Xao Yan Li Dan San (XYLDS) is a compound preparation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine to apply to patients with cholecysitriis and cholelithiasis. It Was reported that the drug is effective in the patients with the pain. Its analgesic action was demonstrated in mice using the hot plate and the writhing pain-measuring method. When the XYLDS was given by oral administration in mice for 7 days continuously (20g/kg/day), the pain threshold of mice was increased in 121％ (P<0.01) and the writhig response of mice was inhibited in 50％ (P<0.001). The animal experimental results showed that the XYLDS possesses a marked analgesic action and that its analgesic action tallies basically with curative effect of its clinical application.
