冠脂迪对鹌鹑高脂血症的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :观察冠脂迪 (GuanZhiDi,GZD)对鹌鹑高脂血症的影响。方法 :用高脂饲料诱发鹌鹑高脂血症 ,同时给予 3个剂量冠脂迪 ,并设正常对照组、模型组及非诺贝特组 ,观察冠脂迪对鹌鹑高脂血症形成和发展的影响。结果 :冠脂迪能降低高脂血症鹌鹑血清甘油三酯 (TG)含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但对胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -c)含量及动脉粥样硬化指数 (TC/HDL -c)无明显影响 (P >0 0 5 )。病理组织学检查结果表明 ,冠脂迪给药组在鹌鹑主动脉管壁增厚的病理改变明显较高脂模型组轻。结论 :冠脂迪有降血脂的作用
Objective:To observe the effect of Guan Zhi Di on hyperlipemia symptoms of quail. Methods: Hyperlipemia quail models were induced by feeding the animals with high lipid food. Effect of Guan Zhi Di on development of the disease was observed by feeding them with various dosages of Guan Zhi Di simultaneously and the lab test results of different groups (normal, model, and fenofibrate groups) were compared. Results: Guan Zhi Di reduced the levels of serum triglyceride(TG) of quails significantly, but did not influence the levels of serum total chotesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL-c) and the atherogenic index(TC/HDL-c). The results of pathological examination showed that the wall thickening changes of the aorta in Guan Zhi Di groups were less serious compared with those of hyperlipemia models significantly. Conclusion: Guan Zhi Di could be a fine regulator of blood lipid.
