脑出血诱发全身炎症反应综合征与TNF-α和IL-6的关系

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨脑出血诱发脓毒症综合征(全身炎症反应综合征)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的关系。方法:观察72例急性脑出血患者并发非感染性系统性全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的发生率,并应用双抗体夹心(ELISA)法测定其血清TNF-α,IL-6的动态变化,以20名健康人作为对照。结果:脑出血时并发SIRS的发生率为47.2%(34/72),单纯脑出血组,脑出血致SIRS组患者血清TNF-α,IL-6含量均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:TNF-α,IL-6参与了脑出血并发SIRS的发生、发展的病理生理过程,并具有较高的预警价值。
Objective:To explore the systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)caused by acute cerebral hemorrhage and its relationship to serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and Interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods:The occurrence rate of SIRS in 72 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage was observed,and the contents of serum TNF-α and IL-6 of the patients were tested with ELISA as index to reflect their dynamic changes.Twenty normal healthy people were in control group.Results:The occurrence rate of cerebral hemorrhage accompanied by SIRS was 47.2%(34/72).The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in simple cerebral hemorrhage group,and cerebral hemorrhage with SIRS group were obviously higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:TNF-α and IL-6 may be involved in the onset and development of SIRS and have a high foretelling value to cerebral hemorrhage.
