摘要(Abstract):
本文改进了四氮唑蓝法,对大鼠肝、大脑皮层、小脑和脑干中的锰-超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活力进行测定。该法优点是:简便、灵敏度高、重复性好(变异系数C.V=4.2%),对仪器和试剂要求低,不需要SOD标准品.
An adapted tetrazolium blue assay in determining the activity of Mn superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) in tissues was introduced. The method was easy operating, highly sensitive and accurate (C.V=4.2%).Using this method, we determined the Mn-SOD activities of the adult rat liver, cerebral cortex, cerebellum and brain stem (n=13). The results were 5.776±1.496, 4.422±1.315, 7.226±2.341 and 7.065±2.667 U/mg Pr respectively. Some affecting factors in procedure of the assay were discussed.
