摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道用GY—F系统进行病案管理的情况。该系统采用I·C·D-9为主体进行复合编目,在长城0520系列机上用DBASE—Ⅲ写成。它打破了传统的病案管理方法,输入病案封面内容60项,完成了一般管理方法难以完成的多元条件检索、疾病统计,转归,病死率等工作,大大提高了工作效率。
Sixty items of cover content of case are inputted into the GY-F managing system, a complex catalogue-system by using I.C.D-9 as mainbody. These ieems are shown on the computer of GREAT WALL 0520 sequence with DBASE-Ⅲ. GY-F system breaks the tradition of management of case. It can complete multiple condition retrieval and statistics of disease's outcome, mortality rate and so on, which with ordinary managing methods can't be done do. It greatly improves the efficiency.
