摘要(Abstract)：

<正> 肝脏转移癌是肿瘤临床中经常遇到而又难于处理的问题之一,恶性肿瘤发生肝转移,提示病属晚期,常是肿瘤病人的一个严重情况。未经治疗的肝转移癌,其自然生存期自确诊日计算,平均为2～7月,仅6.6％活过一年。而临床上肝的转移癌却很常见。在消化道恶性肿瘤中,48％的病例迟早发生肝转移。据报导,胰腺癌病例中的90％;胃癌屍检病例中的50％;大肠癌初次手术病例中的10％有肝转移。其他常见肿瘤的肝转移率:肺癌30～61.9％,宫颈癌20％,乳腺癌9—40％
