摘要(Abstract)：

本文将人体动脉血与毛细血管动脉化血的血气分析作了比较.结果表明个体的两种血源标本血气分析的三个主要参数(pH、PCO_2、PO_2)之间无显著性差异,证明了毛细血管动脉化血可替代动脉血作血液酸硷及气体分析.
The results of the gas analyses between arterial and capillary arterialized blood in 20 patients are compared.Ages of patients are 25 to 76.In same cases,arterial blood 1ml was drawn by syringes containing 1000 units of heparin and capi- llary blood on the tip of finger 100μl was drawn by syringes treated with 1% unit heparin.Before that,the tip of finger was warmed by water at 48℃ for 3-5 min.Quickly the pH,PCO_2 and PO_2 were determinated at IL system pH/Blood gas analyses 1302 controls.The results showed no signifcant differe- nce(P>0.05)between arterial and capillary arterialized blood.The results confirmed that using capillary arterialized blood can replace arterial blood for pH,PCO_2 and PO_2 determination.
