~(60)Co 辐射灭菌试验的效果观察

摘要(Abstract):

本文报告~(60)Co~(-γ)辐射灭菌的条件和效果。用不同辐射剂量~(60)Co~(-γ)照射金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和青霉菌,经4次实验获得其最小辐射灭菌剂量依次为2×10~3、2.5×10~3、6×10~3、5.5×10~3Gy,为实际应用提供了科学数据。该结果表明细菌的芽胞和真菌的孢子对~(60)Co~(-γ)射线有较强的耐受性。少数菌对辐射有极强的耐受性,辐射剂量与杀菌百分率呈正相关,但不呈直线相关。
By using different doses of ~(60)Co~(-γ) radiation on Staph.aureus,B,coli,B. subtilis and Penicillium,the minlnal radian lethal doses are obtained,They are 200,250,600 and 550 GY respectively.It provides a scientific basis for practical use. The experiments of determining the radiant lethal rates of B.subtilis, Penicillium and Yeast,e.g.show that minor population of bacterial spore and fungal conidia are more resistant to ~(60)Co~(-γ) radiation.The percentage of killing B.subtilis,Penicillium and Yeast with different doses of 60 Co~(-γ) radiation presents a positive correlation between the radiation and the radiant lethal rate,but it does not appear a linear correlation.
