让高校学报走向世界——我校参加CUJA工作的体会LET OUR UNIVERSITY JOURNAL GO TO WORLD

摘要(Abstract)：
本文介绍我校学报参加“中国大学学报论文文摘(英文磁带版)一CUTA 文献库”的工作情况,提出保证英文文摘的质量、准确进行标引和坚持工作单格式的规范化是提高该库情报流通率和利用率的关键。
Since 1984 our college and 340 universities in the whole country have participated to establish the literature file which is called“China University Journal Abstract(CUJA)”.In the last three years,our department has made 193 sheets of work,and these sheets had been all employed in CUJA.In 1986, this work was awarded the third prize of achivement in scientific and technical information by China Science and Technology Committee.The author considers that to raise the quality of english abstract and accuracy of the indexing, and to uphold the standardization of the sheet form are a crux increasing the circulation and utilization of the file information.
