苯醚威对不等单蚤的毒力试验Toxicity of Fenoxycarb to Monopsyllus anisus

摘要(Abstract):
目的:测定苯醚威对不等单蚤Monopsyllus anisus(Rothschild,1907)的早三龄幼虫和未吸血新羽化成虫的毒力,为鼠疫媒介蚤种的防治提供基础资料。方法:采用微量点滴法将不同浓度的苯醚威施药于不等单蚤的早三龄幼虫和未吸血新羽化成虫,同样方法点滴丙酮为对照,用几率值分析法计算毒力回归方程、LD50和95%可信限。结果:将苯醚威施药于不等单蚤的早三龄幼虫后出现超龄三龄幼虫形态,苯醚威对不等单蚤的早三龄幼虫和新羽化成虫的LD50分别为138.771μg/只和245.584μg/只。结论:苯醚威对不等单蚤的早三龄幼虫和未吸血新羽化成虫有毒杀效果。
Objective:To provide fundamental information for control of a plague vector flea,Monopsyllus anisus.Methods:Early third instar larvae and newly emerged adults of M.anisus were treated with acetone or acetone dilution of fenoxycarb with microdosis spot-out method with acetone spot as control.The regression equation,LD50 and 95% confidence limit were calculated with probability analysis method.Results:The duration of the third instar of fenoxycarb treated M.anisus larvae was prolonged.The LD50s of the early third instar larvae and newly emerged adults of M.anisus were 138.771 and 245.584μg per larva or adult respectively.Conclusion:Fenoxycarb has toxic effect to early third instar larvae and newly emerged adults of M.anisus.
